Some mattresses are compressed and rolled for delivery. Once unpacked, they unroll and expand back to their full size.
Rolled mattresses usually arrive in 2–3 working days and spring mattresses in 5–7 working days. Delivery is free.
Yes, within 14 days of delivery while it's still sealed (you pay the return postage unless it's faulty or damaged). For hygiene reasons, opened mattresses can only be returned if faulty.
