Question 1

How long does delivery take?

Accepted Answer

Most items arrive in 5-7 working days. Beds are made to order and dispatched in around 5 working days; you'll get a tracking number, then our specialist 2-person carrier will contact you to book a delivery date and time slot. Please give a phone number at checkout.

Question 2

What is your returns policy?

Accepted Answer

Most items can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. For change-of-mind returns, you pay the return postage; if your item is faulty or damaged, we cover it. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Beds are made to order for you, so they can only be returned if they arrive faulty or damaged. Mattresses can be returned within 14 days if still sealed. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5-7 working days of us receiving the return. See our returns policy for full details.

Question 3

Do you offer assembly services?

Accepted Answer

Not at the moment. Our beds come with step-by-step instructions and a video guide, and if you need a hand just contact our Customer Care team.

Question 4

What payment methods do you accept?

We also offer flexible payment options through Klarna, allowing you to pay in 3 installments or spread the cost over time with 0% interest financing options. Question 6

How do I track my order?

Accepted Answer

Question 7

What is your warranty policy?

Accepted Answer

Question 8

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Accepted Answer

You can modify or cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it by contacting our customer service team. After this period, orders enter our processing system and cannot be modified.
