Your mattress is delivered rolled and boxed, which makes it far easier to carry up stairs and through narrow doorways than a conventional mattress. Please open it within 72 hours of delivery. Take it out of the box and unwrap it fully so it can unroll - do not use anything sharp to cut it open. Once unrolled, allow 48 to 72 hours in a well-heated, well-ventilated room for it to expand to full size and for the natural foam odour to clear.
