Additionally, if a customer agrees to a scheduled delivery slot but is unavailable at the time of delivery, any subsequent re-deliveries will be chargeable in accordance with our courier’s terms and conditions.
All measurements are approximated and have been rounded to the next unit. All our beds are made to fit standard UK sized mattresses. We cannot take responsibility for items that do not fit up the stairs or in your bedroom so please check your space availability prior to ordering.

Questions & answers
How does bed delivery work?

Delivery is free, by a specialist 2-person furniture carrier. Your bed is made to order and dispatched in around 5 working days, then the carrier contacts you to book a delivery date and time slot. They call 15–30 minutes before arriving, so please give a phone number at checkout. Missed deliveries have to be re-arranged and re-deliveries are charged at around £35. Assembly isn't included.

Can I return a bed?

Our beds are made to order just for you, so please read our returns policy before ordering. If anything arrives faulty or damaged, email [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery.

How do I make sure it will fit?

Before ordering, measure every doorway on the way in (front door included), check the stair width, tight turns and landings, mark the bed's size out on the floor, and check the route from the road to your door.

Can I spread the cost?

Yes. Choose Klarna at checkout to pay in 3 interest-free payments. Klarna runs a soft credit check, which doesn't affect your credit score. You must be 18+ and a UK resident.

Delivery & returns
  • Free 2-person delivery by a specialist furniture carrier.
  • Made to order and dispatched in around 5 working days. We'll send you a tracking number once it's on its way.
  • The carrier will then contact you to agree a delivery date and time slot, and update your tracking.
  • On the day, keep an eye on your tracking. The driver calls 15–30 minutes before arriving. If there's no answer after a second call, they move on to the next stop and the delivery has to be re-arranged.
  • Re-deliveries are charged at around £35.
  • Please give a phone number at checkout so the carrier can reach you.
  • Assembly isn't included. Instructions and a video guide are provided.
