Can I return it?

Return it within 14 days of delivery while still sealed; you pay the return postage unless it's faulty or damaged. Opened mattresses can only be returned if faulty. See our returns policy for full details.

Which size do I need?

Choose the same size as your bed frame. All our mattresses are standard UK sizes (see the Size guide above). Beds from IKEA and some other European brands use different sizes, such as 140 × 200 cm, so a UK mattress may not fit. Please measure your bed frame before you order.

Can I spread the cost?
